Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective through troubleshooting steps or documentation. Refunds will only be processed once the Hume Pod is received and inspected at our warehouse. Please contact Customer Service for the return information - support@myhumehealth.com. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to process. Please note, however, that refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Important: To initiate a return and be eligible for a refund, you must first contact our Customer Success team. Returns sent without prior contact and authorization will not be accepted or processed.
